How can we help?

  • Sashiko is a traditional Japanese embroidery technique that uses simple, repetitive stitches to create beautiful patterns. Historically used for mending and reinforcing fabrics, sashiko has become popular for decorative purposes and sustainable garment restoration.

  • Simply peel the stencil, stick it onto your fabric, and stitch along the marked lines. Once you're done, rinse the fabric in water, and the stencils will dissolve completely.

  • No, the stencils are designed for single use to ensure accurate patterns and easy cleanup. However, they are large enough to be used for multiple repairs when cut to size!

  • Yes, we provide video tutorials and step-by-step guides on our social media platforms to help you get started! Tutorials can be found on @guccciclone on Instagram and TikTok, which are linked at the bottom of this page!

  • All orders for the Oliver Jacket placed before December 16th will be shipped prior to Christmas day. All orders after the 16th will be shipped at the end of the year.

  • We accept returns for unused stencils within 30 days of purchase.

All jackets are available for size exchange (depending on availability), however all sales are final.

Please contact us for return / exchange instructions.

  • Sales tax is only applied to orders shipped within New York, since we have a physical presence and conduct significant business there. If you live outside of New York, we are not legally required to collect sales tax in your area at this time.

  • The Oliver Jacket is made of high-quality raw denim, meaning the indigo will transfer when rubbed or washed. To avoid staining your other clothing, please wash alone in cold water on a delicate cycle and hang dry.
